Undine's Retreat Day Spa Inc. was started in Vedder Crossing, Chilliwack, BC as a home-based business. Operating from her home, Undine provided a wide range of body treatments as a certified Aromatherapist and Reflexologist. By building on her years of spa treatment experience, she grew the business to the point where a larger facility outside her home was necessary.

Since 2003, Undine's Retreat Day Spa Inc. is located in the heart of Chilliwack, on 101 - 45935 Airport Road. The very successful expansion has been attributed to Undine's experienced team and also the full support of her family. Undine's team consists of several full-time and part-time professionals that include licensed aestheticians, spa therapists and receptionists. Recent significant accomplishments include being voted #1 in "Aesthetic Services" in Chilliwack for 2006.

As of February 2007, Undine's became incorporated and acquired the neighbouring hair salon, Heat Hair Team, which is now under one umbrella: Undine's Retreat Day Spa Inc. with Hair Studio. The exotic hair studio is operated by a salon manager, who is also a very knowledgeable and experienced hair stylist and supported by two full-time licensed hair stylists.

Undine's offers an array of services: from body treatments that encompass heated stone massage, aromatherapy treatment, reflexology; to body specials including sea salt glow, body wrap; to skin care, hair removal, hand and foot care, etc. Some of the more specialized services are Brazilians, make-up application, and lash perming. Additionally, for all special or non-special occasions, following hair services are offered: haircuts, styling, up-dos, foils, colouring, hair extensions, etc.
